Welcome to Intraeats. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Intraeats is a food delivery marketplace operated by REPLACE_WITH_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME. We connect you with restaurants and delivery partners. The restaurant prepares your food; the delivery partner brings it to you. Intraeats acts as a technology platform.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).
- You agree to provide accurate information.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password secret.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices and menus are set by restaurants and may change without notice.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your payment confirms your order.
- Once a restaurant accepts your order, cancellation may not be possible — you may be charged in full.
- Delivery fees depend on distance from the restaurant; you see them at checkout before paying.
4. Cancellation & refunds
- You may cancel an order before the restaurant accepts it for a full refund.
- After acceptance, cancellation eligibility is at the restaurant's discretion.
- Refunds for cancelled/failed orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- For quality issues, contact us via Help & Support in the app within 24 hours.
5. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual times depend on traffic, weather, and restaurant prep time.
- You must provide an accurate delivery address. Failed deliveries due to wrong address are not refundable.
- Be available at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Repeated failed deliveries may result in restricted access to the service.
6. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the app (fake orders, fraudulent payments, abuse of delivery partners).
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the service.
- Use false GPS data to access restaurants outside their delivery radius.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
Violations may result in account suspension and forfeit of any rewards / refunds owed.
7. Promotions and rewards
- Coupons and reward points have no cash value and may be revoked at our discretion in case of abuse.
- Reward thresholds (e.g. earning a free coupon at 100 points) may change over time.
- One promotional code per order unless explicitly stated.
8. Marketing links and ads
When you click an Intraeats restaurant ad on Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other platforms, we record the click anonymously to credit the campaign. You'll only be billed for actual orders you complete.
9. Liability
Intraeats is not responsible for the quality of food prepared by restaurants or for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you (wrong address, allergies not communicated, etc.). To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
10. Restaurant partners
Restaurants on Intraeats are independent businesses. They are responsible for food safety, accurate menu descriptions, and compliance with FSSAI regulations. Concerns about a restaurant should be reported to us via Help & Support.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in REPLACE_WITH_CITY.
